Shelter services include food, clothing, counseling, and advocate services.

24-Hour Hotline - SPARCC’s crisis hotline is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to provide immediate response to the needs of victims.  If needed, a crisis intervention advocate can be dispatched to the local hospital or law enforcement agency to provide shelter screenings, advocacy, counseling and other supportive services.

Counseling - SPARCC provides individual counseling and support groups at the shelter and outreach offices.  Crisis counseling is also available 24 hours daily via the SPARCC hotline.

Safety Planning - Planning assistance for ongoing safety is provided to survivors at initial contact on the Hotline and in individual face-to-face counseling sessions.
